These Terms of Sale (“Agreement”) apply to your purchase of products and/or services and support (together, “Product”) sold in the United States by Atlanta Design Group (ADG). You agree to these terms by placing your order.
$2,500 minimum requirement to participate in the program.
For orders totaling $5,000 or more- Installation is FREE
To ensure that the consumer is serious ADG is requiring the customer to pay a $150 initial one-hour Consultation fee to get exclusive access to ADG Showrooms and Design Centers. If the customer moves forward with the project the customer will be reimbursed the initial $150 and will show as a credit on their final invoice.
In addition to the $150 initial consultation fee there is a $150 In-home consultation fee- non-refundable
Payment as follows on all products and services purchased:
50% deposit on all products sold
25% upon receipt of product prior to installation
25% retainage Net 5 days after installation
All Sales are FINAL on all custom upholstery.
Warranty: All products are covered under the Manufacturer’s warranty.
Access to ADG is by appointment only- NO WALK-IN’s
